Elegant Jazz!
Elegant gold cufflinks from the golden Age of Jazz.  Yellow gold centers with engraved concentric star bursts surrounded by octagonal white gold borders decorated with floral and scroll motifs.  Crafted in 14kt gold,  circa 1920.

You should always carefully examine cufflinks from the back.  Here you can see the sturdy brackets and decorative winged cross bars that secure these links.  The backs are crafted in 14kt gold and polished to a mirror-like finish.
